How the Ready Tech Contractor Approval Process Works

How contractor application, training, credential review, approval and assigned-job access fit together in the Ready Tech Contractor Network.

Joining a contractor network should not mean immediate access to unrelated customer data or jobs. Ready Tech separates application, training, approval and actual job assignment so contractors receive only the information needed for approved work.

Planning note: This guide explains general installation and workflow principles. Final equipment, code, safety, privacy and site requirements depend on the actual project and applicable rules.

Application creates the contractor relationship

The application captures the business and trade information needed to evaluate fit. Approval is not automatic and does not guarantee a volume of work.

Training can begin before field approval

Contractors can learn platform, documentation, safety and workflow expectations while administrative review is still underway.

Credentials stay current

Insurance, licences, certifications and other project-specific qualifications may need to be verified and kept current before certain work can be assigned.

Jobs are separately assigned

Approval means a contractor is eligible for appropriate work; it does not mean every available job is visible. Assigned scope, location, schedule and payout should be reviewed before acceptance.

Access follows the job

Customer information and field tools should be limited to the assigned work rather than opening the entire operator or head-office CRM.

Frequently asked questions

Does contractor approval guarantee work?

No. Approval establishes eligibility; actual jobs depend on demand, location, qualifications, schedule and assignment.

Can training happen before approval?

The network can make training available while field/customer access remains permission-gated.

Do contractors see all Ready Tech customers?

No. Field access should be scoped to approved and assigned jobs.

Turn the guide into a project plan.

Ready Tech can review the property, existing equipment and intended outcome, then build the installation scope around the real site.
